I designed a comprehensive e-commerce platform in Figma, focusing on providing a seamless shopping experience. This project includes essential user flows such as sign-up, login, homepage navigation, and dedicated shopping sections for clothes, purses, and heels.

  • Clean and Modern Design: I utilized a minimalist and visually appealing layout to enhance usability and ensure the design aligns with modern e-commerce standards. The focus is on reducing clutter and guiding users through the platform effortlessly.

  • Color Scheme and Typography: Selected a cohesive color palette that evokes trust and a seamless shopping experience, paired with legible typography that ensures readability across different devices.

  • Consistency Across Screens: Each screen (sign-up, login, homepage, shopping pages) maintains design consistency, promoting familiarity as users navigate through the platform.

User Experience (UX)

  • Seamless Navigation: Implemented a clear, intuitive navigation system with easy access to product categories like clothes, purses, and heels. The design follows a logical flow to reduce friction for users during the shopping process.

  • Responsive Design Considerations: Though primarily designed for desktop, I ensured that all layouts are adaptable for mobile and tablet screens, supporting a consistent experience across different devices.

  • Shopping Flow Optimization: The process from product selection to checkout is designed to minimize clicks, ensuring users can quickly find, select, and purchase items.

  • Interactive Elements: Interactive design elements such as hover effects, clickable components, and call-to-action buttons are strategically placed to improve user engagement and interactivity.

Reusable Components

  • Custom Components: Created a library of reusable components in Figma, such as buttons, icons, input fields, product cards, and form layouts. These components ensure design consistency and simplify updates across the platform.

  • Scalability: The component system allows for rapid prototyping and future expansion, supporting additional features or pages without redesigning from scratch. This scalability ensures the platform can grow as the business expands.

  • Responsive Components: Each component was built with responsiveness in mind, allowing it to automatically adjust based on screen size or orientation. This ensures a consistent look and feel across devices.

Category-specific Pages

  • Clothes Shopping: Created a dedicated page for clothes shopping, featuring filters for size, color, and price, as well as a grid-based product display that is both aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate.

  • Bag Shopping: Designed a specialized page for purses, incorporating high-quality product images and details. The design encourages quick decision-making through product highlights and reviews.

  • Heels Shopping: This page includes an interactive gallery that showcases various styles of heels, allowing users to easily browse, zoom into product images, and access detailed product information.

Sign-up and Login Flows

Visual Hierarchy and Accessibility

  • Accessibility Considerations: The design incorporates accessible elements such as readable fonts, color contrasts, and screen reader-friendly components, ensuring the platform is inclusive for all users.
